The absolute worst place to work. Toxic CEO.

Pros

There are intelligent people who work at CircleIn, but the CEO does not allow anyone to use their skills and talents.

Cons

The CEO is toxic. He knows little to nothing about running a tech company and will not learn from those with far greater experience in the SaaS industry. He is a micromanager that derails any sort of solid plan that could be put in place to help his business, our customers and students. He claims to be a good person, but will lie to and manipulate his employees to paint himself in the best light while accusing others of reading situations wrong. He publicly embarrasses employees by giving them feedback in front of others in the most unprofessional way. This is hands down the absolute worst place to work because of him. He has received an enormous list of feedback in our employee survey and refuses to address any of the negative comments directed at him and his management style. He blames everyone else, when in all reality everyone is miserable because of him and him only. People will continue to leave, and people who join shortly after regret it. Run for the hills if you want to save your mental health.

Pros

Great people to work with. I was trusted that I was capable of doing what I was hired to do. No micromanaging. Awesome positive culture.

Cons

It's still a very young company and had to do some layoffs in order to keep the lights on. I hope they see some successes. I would gladly work there again if they became more stable.
