Great Team, and everyone was a team player, and welcoming Supervisor was great, understanding Schedule was great; hybrid model

Cons

No Cons for the company. Unfortunately new administration cut funding so there was layoffs agency wide.

I enjoy the staff I work with in the local office as some people are very passionate about the work and why they help people.

Cons

National is very disorganized and out of touch with what's really happening on the ground. People have low standards for quality of work.
