Chronos Solutions reviews about "management"

Where do I even begin with this company? From cutting an entire departments pay by almost 50% (which forced people to sell their homes and have to get 2 jobs), to firing senior employees for making too much money, yet not having any back up plan and leaving the rest of the departments understaffed for MONTHS. Let me also add that when they decided to cut pay and fire loyal employees, the company was doing better than it ever had been and was not hurting for money in any way shape or form. Overworked and 100% under paid and underappreciated. The orders being worked on were 3-4 weeks behind, causing clients to treat the customer service reps horribly. Overall the management and company as a whole is crap. Run away and don't look back!

There is not growth opportunities available. Management can be very hostile and they do not treat their employees with respect.

Look away!! No career growth, low pay, upper management that doesn't care about employees. Terrible company outlook, nobody in the company is ever on the same page. A lot of talk about making improvements but since nobody is ever on the same page, nothing gets done.

Upper Management was pretty lousy.

Not much advancement opportunity. Upper management is not receptive to feedback.

Management is unapproachable. Very unstable company, they keep firing and hiring people for no reason. Do not value employees.
