      Good place for the people, not the money

      Pros

      A collection of good people of varying industries and backgrounds. A potential of being something amazing as a company.

      Cons

      - Unrealistic expectations - Hostile work environment (owner has a tendency to go off on people) - Health Insurance / retirement fund is strange to say the least - Owner never takes responsibility for his actions, its always someone elses fault.

      Pros

      Smart people work here, they are mostly friendly. Pay and benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Revenue comes from government contracts, when funds are reduced, people lose their jobs. CEO has big plans for the company but they are never executed properly due to lack of manpower. Work gets piled on and you are expected to smile and accept it.
