Pros
This is a good entry level position for the logistics industry. It’s a nice culture, friendly coworkers where everyone supports eachother. Comfortable and relaxed environment.
Cons
The bonus/commission payout structure is questionable. There seems to be a discrepancy between how much an employee brings in for the company compared to what they pay out in terms of commission. There doesn’t seem like much opportunity for advancement, since they tend to hire management roles externally.

Good opportunity for advancement, fair bonus structure, very good benefits
Cons
Some say that the MD offices are too hard on new sales reps -- I worked in a regional branch and had a great relationship with management and coworkers. At a certian point most reps have trouble meeting the bonus requirements.
