- Learn skills outside of your role such as warehouse picking and packing and cleaning the office - work across multiple products categories for different market levels - there's usually a buffet at Christmas - work at multiple different warehouses & offices across Manchester & Stockport
Cons
- only staff with children can have flexible working hours - no structure, instructions, guidance or training - high staff turnover - incompetent management - often pressured to work through lunch and stay late or work outside of contracted hours
