none for me during my employement.

Cons

No management at all. You will be switched from any task(project) to any other task anytime and you have to do it. They won't even give you the time to atleast get the KT properly. Be ready to do the tasks which you don't even have expertise on and you won't be given time to learn that new thing. you are supposed to do the task in least time possible. if the task has to be done in 8 hours then you have to do it in 2. how much more should i write because if i start to write it will take a full day.

Good salary but poor management.

Cons

Poor management. Policies are not good for employees. Extreme level micro-management. They only listen to PMs. No value for employee's hard work. They fire the employees any time, spoiling future of employees. No job security. You will have to work like a robot. Pressurized working culture.

You will learn new technology in this company. After 3-4 years you demand will me high in the market.

Over Workload, Sometime you need to work after your shift around 11-12 pm. And many more cons are there
