Always question what you are being told
Pros
I made some friends that I still stay in contact with. Gained some experience in the healthcare space.
Cons
I am writing this review not to "get back" at CheckedUp, but rather provide transparency and clarity for future hires. Personally, I wish someone wrote a transparent and non-bias review prior to my employment at CheckedUp, so I could get a better idea of what the company is like. Although my tenure was short at CheckedUp, I got a really good understanding of the type of people running the company. A company is only as good as its executive team. Unfortunately, in the case of CheckedUp, the poor leadership and management style of the executives will ultimately be the downfall for the company. There is no direction or clear vision at CheckedUp. One day you will walk in and the goal will be getting installed in Dermatology, the next day, it will be getting installed in Oncology. This only creates chaos in an already chaotic environment. The sales team wanted to be successful so badly but are often misled and publicly embarrassed by leaders. The environment that was created throughout the sales team was not only unprofessional but uncomfortable for everyone. For example, if daily/weekly/monthly numbers were not hit that person had to stand up in front of everyone and apologize for a "lack" of "production". The sad part is that CheckedUp could take over the patient education space if there wasn't such a high level of incompetence on the executive team. My hopes are that anyone who reads this makes note of it, and asks critical questions to get a better understanding of who you will be potentially working for/alongside. Again, this is not a "get back" type of review, rather, a clear and obvious representation of what you will be in for upon employment at CheckedUp.
