Such an awful place. I am not sure how the positive outlook is higher rated, but that is incorrect.

Pros

Really none. The people that labor here are nice, but lack confidence to expect an appropriate work environment. The bank clients are hoping to have a sustainable solution and CheckAlt cannot deliver and very high attrition.

Cons

It’s the worst work environment that I have seen in 25+ years in banking. The abuse and the dismissive attitude does nothing to support loyaly employees. Company on a downward spiral, employees are used, while treated poorly, then replaced.

absolutely none. this place is a sinking ship. all positive reviews are fake from management.

Cons

micromanaging, no appreciation, no pay raises, disorganized, no performance reviews, people get fired all the time and without notice (including the chief info officer), complete turnover of all senior management, pissed off customers, no fun, no support … this place is a sinking ship. run!!!!!!!!!!
