Great for a temporary or side gig. Low morale, toxic environment.

Pros

Very flexible hours/schedule. Most tasks are easy. You get to watch movies. There are some cool and nice people.

Cons

There are no raises (not even 10 cents) or health benefits. Many of the managers are hostile. Questionable employment practices occur, but there is no HR, and employees are too scared to do anything about it.

Pros

Watching movies. There are cool people that work here but they are the ones that just come in and do their job and go home.

Cons

Some real strange people run this place. They are very insecure and try to get rid of people with a brain because they are worried about someone taking their position but NO ONE WANTS THEIR POSITION!

Pros

Very flexible scheduling. Work does not go home with you. If you are a hard worker and reliable you can be outsourced to other companies (if you are willing) where you can learn new skills and, depending on the job you're outsourced to, have the possibility of extra bonus income. This is a great job for someone who wants supplemental income while still having freedom from the usual demands of most jobs.

Cons

Not much room for growth within the company (as it's not a huge corporation). Hours are hit or miss. Some times in the year you might have as few as 20 hours a week. Other times (summer mostly) there is a lot of overtime (1.5x pay for every overtime hour) working up to 84 hours. This is not a great job for someone who wants steady income throughout the year as hours do change without much notice.
