Pros

Going home at the end of the day.

Cons

No lunch breaks, below average pay for the amount of work they expect you to do. The leads are just there for the title since they don’t even see any study patients. The rest of the CRCs are the ones doing the real work, the leads can see you drowning busy……84 years later they ask you if need help/or lunch. If any of the leads make a protocol mistake, best believe you will never see their names listed on the meeting agenda under Lessons Learned. That blame goes to the next poor soul. These are the "leadership skills" that upper management seeks to promote, creating a toxic work culture. This company is no different than your average toxic corporate environment, do not be fooled to think otherwise."

Pros

I have had the pleasure of working for Charter Research for the past four years and I couldn't be happier. The company values its employees and provides a supportive and inclusive work environment. The benefits package is top-notch, with comprehensive health insurance and generous time off. The company's focus on medical innovation and advancements in patient care is inspiring, and I am proud to be a part of such a dedicated team. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fulfilling career in the clinical research industry.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be growing pains, however, management does a great job in turning these pains into opportunities for those who want to work on high-level projects.
