      Pros

      nothing, avoid at all costs. The city and this organization was the worst organization to work for. They only want to work with blacks. I was told I would not get promoted because I wasn't black...

      Cons

      Pay raises are unreliable. City council votes a 3% pay raise for all city employees and you end up getting only a 2% raise because your boss is a tool.....at least they could have given me the crappy 3% they were authorized to do but they are so useless they couldn't even do that.
