      You can come anytime Work from home, which is also very restricted recently

      1. Too much partiality 2. Tech savvy founders who go after only money and don't give much learning to anyone. Make you work like labourers. 3. Bloated with too many directors who don't have any clue of what their role is and keep micro managing employees. 4. They say no hierarchy, but no. Highly hierarchy driven company 5. Zero work life balance 6. Employees get badly treated in sales team. Very bad sales management. Think twice before joining their sales team. You will end up ruining your career. 7. All good reviews posted are fake written by Directors of company 8. Very arrogant and rude managers all over and everyone keeps bossing around in the company. 9. You cant grow in this company and need to lick multiple boots if you want to grow. 10. Think before joining this company. Don't fall for their fake marketing.

      Thanks for writing your thoughts. Unfortunately, as a co-founder, it is very hard to read this, more so because it says that you are a current employee. I wish we were able to converse with you through internal channels to change perspectives. But that's alright if you aren't ready to discuss. It's very hard to engage especially when you consider everything as fake marketing. I sincerely don't believe we are perfect. We are a work in progress and hopefully in the right direction, always. Nevertheless, I wish you the best and hope you find a better role where you find a happy workplace.

      An overrated startup

      Over the last few months, you can see a lot of 5 star reviews from current employees. To get more candidates, it looks like a deliberate attempt to improve their glassdoor rating. This company has not done much during their first five years. So, they are desperately trying to make up for lost time. As a result, there is unnecessary pressure on everyone (especially on the sales team to deliver). Founders are never happy. They don't appreciate anyone and at times, they give impossible deadlines. Developers generally don't deliver anything on time. Company loses a lot of prospects because of poor delivery. If you are a developer, you can consider joining this company as you can learn a lot from tech-savy founders. But for other roles, think again before joining. Especially if you want to join the sales/pre-sales teams.

      1. No respect for employees. 2. Extreme micro managing. 3. Expected to slog and work for more than 11-12 hours a day. 4. Admin activities is handled badly. 5. Crappy codebase. 6. Build and QA system sucks.
