If your looking into making it a career good luck has more turn over than McDonald ! No communication between managers and employees. Everybody wants to be a manager and no leaders everybody is against each other and burns each other when they have a chance. Always being micro managed. No more how much you are a dependable employee .one day your there next day your not.
