      peers - some of the best people to work with on your peer level and below.

      Cons

      Pay - keeps going down to align all the company channels Work/Life Balance - there is none. you are expected to be on call 24/7/365 Upper Management - decisions are made w/o listening to the people actually doing the work. its all about numbers not how to get them correctly.
