      Reasonable hours by banking standard, great comp, diverse people, friendly culture

      A lot of crunching and not necessary a lot of learning given majority of work done are routine relationship management. Seniors should spend more time thinking how to prioritise relationships for interesting situations and angles , which would maximise learnings and institutional knowledge as a whole
