They boast of their family oriented work environment and inclusion practices, but do not follow through. Long hours, little accommodations, and no flexibility is actually available. They ran a marketing program promoting women in the workforce with promises to support women and encourage growth, but in all actuality, reject and discriminate against women in the workforce - especially women with families. If you are a man looking to be part of a "boys-club", you will fit in well here. But if you are a working mother, you will be choosing between your job and your family, and will not receive support from managers (mostly men), C-level management, and (especially) Human Resources.
