Pros

Technically, this is a real job that will pay you money. But so is searching in dumpsters for aluminum cans that can be recycled. This job offers a myriad of solutions to everyday work problems: Don't like your coworkers? Just wait a few months and they'll be gone. The turnover rate is so staggeringly high, it's impressive. What about that project you're working on? Not into it? Don't worry, the specs, deadlines, and requirements will change within the next few hours. You won't find out about it until you're being yelled at in front of your coworkers. Exciting! And no need to go through all the trouble of a two-week notice because of a newly-implemented "You can't quit! You're fired!" policy.

Cons

Get ready for an all-you-can-drink Kool-aid fest at this founder-worshipping cult. The CEO's mythically large ego requires the sort of constant stroking that (apparently) only writing 5 star glassdoor reviews she herself, spinning the exact same yarn about how she grew up poor in Pennsylvania (no-one believed in her), and referring to herself as a "god" can provide. Get ready for a fist-full of verbal abuse, micro-management, and head-spinning changes on every single project that have kept Cedaron's software products in a downward spiral for the last several decades. CEO's husband will definitely need to touch your body any time he gets within three yards of you. There's no HR department, so don't bother.

Pros

They have a kitchen, with snacks and cool juices. The employees that work there are nice, they just haven't figured out that the grass really is greener. It is possible to have a terrible organization with genuine and fun loving individuals. If anything, hire Cedaron employees because they will be so grateful to work for a company that treats them well, and will supply your organization with tremendous value. After having worked at Cedaron they are practically conflict resolution experts. If you really like Donald Trump and believe in his leadership, this is the right company for you. They are Trump fanatics, and promote an anti-Obama culture by encouraging employees to display toilet paper with his face on it.

Cons

The CEO is dishonest and cannot be trusted She speaks negatively about her employees behind their backs to others in the office They treat salaried like hourly workers- even their unethical policies are written this way There is zero collaboration Communication between departments is discouraged Terrible leadership Cedaron actually actively recruits the select employees that tolerate being treated poorly to write positive Glassdoor reviews (I know, I did it & REGRET it now) I just saw a positive Glassdoor review that was so fake the only person who could have that delusional of a picture of the company is the CEO herself, posing as an actual employee (no one that works there fits that description) They sell 'technology' from the 90's They say they are HIPAA compliant but have zero evidence to support that claim Savvy customers are pulling their business away and opting for more advanced and functionally operative solutions Even employees who have two year contracts and tied financial incentives to stay cannot make it that long There is an ironic misconception that Cedaron is 'growing' because they are constantly hiring. That is inaccurate; they have such HIGH and TOXIC turnover that they are just trying to sustain themselves. This company is spiraling downhill, don't get caught on that ride. No 401k plan (only a SIMPLE IRA plan) Medical benefits are expensive They may try and tempt management with valueless stock options (laughable in my opinion) you would be better off with Dogecoins. If you need a job don't settle for this company, do yourself a favor and wait for your next opportunity. If you go there for an interview, and go on an office 'tour', ask each employee how long he/she has been working there, I would bet 90%+ will say under two years. There is no way talented individuals tolerate working at Cedaron any longer than that. I cannot express how unhappy I was working there. How much everyone I knew hated working there. If you are tempted, just don't do it.
