Inflexible, pricing of goods are ridiculously high due to mismanagement. Lacked of leadership! Silo thinking, Bully the weak and protecting the management. Management needs to employ the right people to managed the industries they managed. Leaders with no knowledge are thrown into the management and destroy the entire lower management. Never listen to feedback and quick to fault! Especially the local team in Malaysia.
