      Pros

      Decent salary, decent benefits, and in a growth market (cybersecurity). They are generally responsive to reasonable requests.

      Cons

      Not honest with their employees. In the process of growing their business, so it will be interesting to see if they can manage to grow beyond a very small company.

      Jobs are interesting, nice to help government contractors

      Cons

      Negative work environment, jobs are threatened if quotas arent met and salaries are unrealistic for today's economy, management is rude and won't listen.

      Castalia treats their corporate employees poorly

      Pros

      If you are a contractor working for the government and Castalia is making money off of you - you are treated with respect and are valued by the company, but if you are a corporate employee (i.e. Recruiter) trying to find these valuable contractors, you are treated with no respect and no job security.

      Cons

      Too many to name - poor management, jobs that can't be filled because the salaries don't match today's market, threats made on a regular basis for meeting quotas, hours worked (nights and weekends required with no extra pay because you are salaried), small bonuses not consistent with market standards, and lack of respect from the owners down to the managers.
