      Pros

      Great benefits, Casual environment, Stays fairly current to with new technology.

      Cons

      No direction. Company changes it goals too often and the leadership is a huge question mark. Unsure if they are a Software company, a Service company or a Marketing company.

      Good company, but being bought by OpenGov

      Pros

      Historically a great company. But they are being bought by OpenGov. It may be a great thing. But just something to keep in mind as Cartegraph is no more. Do your research and ask lot's of questions because prior reviews were pre OpenGov.

      Cons

      Pay is lower but benefits were really good, which made up for it.
