      Poor management and ELT leadership, leadership misleads employees

      Pros

      - Unlimited paid time off - Average but declining company culture

      Cons

      - Hidden agendas from ELT members - Management is not transparent - Low pay - Speaking up leads to being removed from the company - CTO is notoriously a creepy person towards women - The "great culture" promoted here is smoke and mirrors

      No longer a good place to work

      Pros

      Good location, with good health insurance and benefits.

      Cons

      Only a handful of smart people left. THL destroyed the workforce: a lot of people got fired, and they were replaced by VPs that are only good at using corporate cards on fancy hotels. "Office-first" doesn't apppy to them.

      Pros

      Genuinely some good souls, but all wondering around in fear. Good schedule/agenda flexibility. Open in providing necessary tools for comfort and productivity. Ashamed to say that it's all in the interest of covering up the HEAVY fake work culture!

      Cons

      Hostile Workplace and Toxic Environment!! Silencing people and growing their “cult” is how they do it - you either hush and play the game, or, speak up and you're out. Unreal manipulation, interest and abuse in using peoples genuine dedication to their interest by sprinkling it with money, parties and travel - for some only. Definitely not a safe space for women, neither for people with opinions/suggestions/visions that differ from theirs. Discrimination is super well camouflaged with the so called DEI Forum, and trust is what they say they live by while playing around with peoples lives - it’s such a joke!
