They don't appreciate feedback, they basically just want you to keep your head day, stay quiet, and work.
So many red flags, don't ignore them.
People just look out for themselves.
DEIBA needs so much work.
If you like cliques and small town minded people then you'll love it here.
Be prepared to be treated with zero respect or acknowledgment if you share concerns, say no, and/or decide to leave. You'll be an outcast if you don't assimilate.
"It's all about patient care and giving the best care" means that it's all about money.
