* Not forward thinking enough, I spent most of my career here having to be reactionary to bad upper management decisions instead of actually being proactive and productive. * Upper management did not have the foresight to support myself or my team as I begged for more people to handle the current workload but instead it fell onto the shoulders of a very small team that was stretched too thin. * Needless to say - work life balance is not a strong suit here. * Vicious sales cycle - seems everything is last minute and then you are left with an extraordinary workload that bleeds into the next quarter and by the time you overcome that quarter you are facing down the next. This applied to all departments that I was involved with in some form. * Often limitations on time off during peak quarters - took a toll on my personal life as winter holidays became non-existent for too many years. * No growth opportunities - you will find yourself moving from department to department.

Do more with less started 5 years ago and continued geometrically since. Industry rep is what it is.
