      Atmosphere is good you will not get bored, only because of few people who want you to enjoy your work. If you do not know about Recruitment then join Caresoft It is basically a training center. You will learn the basics of recruitment.

      Cons

      Less Pay, You can earn more in Call center. No job security Do not work more than 1 Year. Managers are mean they will use you as much as they can. No future Owner is a Miser he never want to pay. Make your self fawning then you will survive. Account Managers never want an junior to get their salary hike because they are also getting less what they deserve
