1.) Horrible Mcdonald's 2 % Raises via .40 to .48 Cents Per Year !! 2.) They'll Overload you with work and give Deadline Side projects on top of that. 3.) Constant changes in the Work processes 4.) The upper Executive's only see Metric reports and have NEVER done the work of a Care Advisor, Team Lead, Senior Care Advisor etc.....this leads to their "Decision Making" with having No Clue at all the nature and full in depth details of the job. 5.) They want your Feedback to only apply 2 % out of 100 % of your Idea's 6.) High Turn Over Rate of Employees coming and going every couple of months 7.) Delayed pay many a times to the Caregivers (This is already reported to the Better business Bureau) 8.) Non stop Member (Elderly) complaints to the Insurance's 9.) Everyone in CareLinx wears a Mask, there is no true team work in this Company what so ever......
