Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

This company management is horrible in so many aspects. Let the crazy turnover rate speak for itself. From the top down they’ve created a toxic workplace, backstabbing employees openly to new hires, complaining about everything and everyone, don’t know how to do proper training yet always scolding and being rude to junior staff, never addressing issues directly but using passive aggression instead. When sales are not good they never fail to put the blame on others or other departments when the problem lies with the sales manager herself. Nationwide, most customers cannot stand this company because of her. When given feedback for improvements, they cannot swallow. Hurts their ego. Management gets offended and blacklists the employee instead. When there is a real problem at hand they will blame you for being the problem instead. All fluff and no action. Pretends to care about the welfare of staff but actually only care about their own benefits. Many empty promises towards staff benefits and funds but at the end of the day it’s forgotten or blamed on “no budget”. Budget gone to organizing trips that nobody wants to go and hosting events that nobody shows up for. Prides themselves in being a private company but pay and benefits worst than any government organization. Basically zero staff welfare, no bonus, no WFH, no family care leave, etc. Double standard with HR policies because there is nothing in writing and nobody knows anything about MOM laws. Beware they might suddenly terminate you one day out of the blue or flip prata and your MC/leave suddenly becomes unpaid. Don’t even think of joining this place.

Pros

Lasted longer that I should because of the staff. Very fun and friendly environment (when both management are not in. lol)

Cons

The CEO in Singapore office thinks so highly of himself and demands from his employees. Expects his employees to work from office but will work from home himself. Zero recognition of how his staff will go over and beyond their work. Doesn't trust his employees at all. He demands for stuff to go his way like he owns the place, especially when we are at a restaurant.

Pros

Annual leave package and occassional overseas work trips. Jobscope and workload is good. Non-managerial colleagues are great to work with.

Cons

Sales management does not have your best interest in mind. Swooped in at the end to sign the contract for account after my efforts without me knowing, and bragged about signing them to boss. Gave leads for colleague's territory, but does not extend same courtesy and takes them for herself. Told new colleagues that I had spread rumors to customers during my notice period and not to speak to me, even though I had been nothing but professional. Seems to be on a power-trip. Below market pay, candidates will be low balled. Commission is almost non-existent and hitting 100% of sales target did not get me my commission, have to hit 110%. *Contract terms does not specify commission and subject to management changes whenever they like. Did not know a 2 week annual bonus was possible until I worked here. Yearly increment was 6 month overdue with no updates. No AWS. Colleagues stayed 2 hours late for 2-day event but when asked for halfday off, request was denied even though they did a favor for the company. Looks like modern company on the surface, but ran like a classic asian company. Forget about WFH opportunities for other roles.
