CardinalStone Partners is the best investment banking firm to me. A firm that creates a forum where you can improve your abilities and also a firm that listens to the voices of their staff. CardinalStone Partners is a firm that put customer's satisfaction first and also promise what they can deliver. I will love to work for 7 years or more in CardinalStone Partners so as to improve myself in all of the business units and also improving myself both educationally and intellectually.
Cons
Maybe nothing except that the labor turnover is high which done not give room for specialization.
