      Pros

      One of the fastest growing company I have worked for. Ideal for someone ready to work, think outside of the box and ready to solve different challenges of specific tasks. With one word, working for Cardpay is never going to be boring. The company always pays attention to self-development by providing educations and additional trainings . I have good experience with the management in general they are open for discussion and I always had the chance to talk honest and direct way to my manager. For me flexibility and appreciation is important in a workplace and I feel I get both.

      Like in every big companies, there is always challenge to find solution for better communication between departments.
