      A Great place to work

      Pros

      I've been at Caravan Guard just under 3 years now and its a great group of people to work with, there's monthly incentives to keep things interesting, plenty of room to move up role bandings with continued good performance and a few bonuses each year. This is my first job working in a call centre, and I knew little about the workings of insurance before but the new starter training is great and pretty comprehensive. I was confident I could deal with whatever customers threw at me by the time my training was finished.

It's fantastic to hear you found our induction training comprehensive and that it’s equipped you well for you role. We appreciate that working weekends isn’t always convenient for some people, we do try to limit this as much as possible by asking our employees to work only one day at the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) and only every other week, with a day off during the week to compensate, whilst still meeting our customer demand.       Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We agree we do have a generous benefits and rewards package and the people here are lovely to work with, supported by our company values.       Fantastic company to work for

      Pros

      Caravan Guard have a strong customer care ethos and have invested heavily in staff training to help them deliver brilliant customer experiences. The company care hugely for its staff and are constantly looking at ways to improve the already great working environment, staff rewards and benefits. Hard work is rewarded. Opportunities for promotion are good with many individuals having worked their way up from junior roles into senior management positions. Opportunities exist for advisers to work their way up bandings to become experts or even team leaders. Also I'm proud of their committment to corporate social responsibility.

      Cons

      From my own point of view none. Through annual staff surveys and our Think Tank all staff continually have the opportunity to put forward suggestions for improvements to their role and the business in general. Many great ideas have been actioned.

We love the time and effort we spend helping our charity partners with their fundraising and having some serious fun along the way.
