Employees are treated as salves. Bad work life balance. No respect to employees not good infrastructure. Very bad HR policy. No proper management. No professionalism . Not allowed to take leave if your sick. All Good reviews given on this site are there own people or management peoples

1. First of all, they working on Magic development tool not on Dot Net. 2. They have opening for Dot Net developer but actually it is for Magic Developer. 3. Very unprofessional managers who think that employees are slaves and can work whole day as well as on weekends. 4. Planned leaves doesn't get approved from managers, also so much work pressure need to work more than office hours. 5. Even if you work overtime and on weekends but they will not pay you as per you work and also they didn't give good hike. 6. Its not a good company for anyone from learning perspective, because in market there is no demand for Magic. 7. Zero work life balance. If you don't have personal life than you can join this company and spend most of your time there. 8. Many hidden policies that they only disclose once you resign. 9. They didn't gave salary slip soft copy as well as hard copy. If you want so you have to ask HR couple of time. 10. All good reviews on Glassdoor are given by company management only.
