Pros

Great community of both current and former employees who stay in touch. The HR team try to get to know everyone and really fight for the benefits and perks for each individual person or mention any policies that would help their case.

Cons

Hybrid work arrangements can really depend on the team you're in and not everyone gets the arrangements they want. The compensation does not always match the market but a lot of people stay due to volatility elsewhere in the industry or because they just love the games/company. Climbing in your career is a bit restricted in some departments that are Japanese-speaker dominated and you hit a glass ceiling if you're a non Japanese-speaker.

Pros

Free Capcom Games Able to work with diverse teams and learn a lot about game marketing Keeps you very busy Engage with many partners Hybrid

Cons

Very difficult to reach financial goals and forecast Lean teams so need to be able to do your work on your own Japan team has final say so not much room for decision making
