My colleagues are all top notch and I feel like I impact the company every day. Management cares about me as a person and not just as a PM.

Cons

Small company so the benefits are not that great but for the size of the company they are pretty good.

The environment is brilliant, filled with go-getters and people who are always willing to help and go the extra mile.

Cons

There's been a couple of layoffs, to be expected with the current economic climate but that's a worry anywhere.
