Cons
They lack a clear understanding of how to develop a product. The organization is essentially run by a single individual who acts as the manager, tester, scrum lead, business analyst, and code reviewer. There is no adherence to proper processes, and regardless of how well you perform, recognition is nonexistent. Work-related calls and WhatsApp messages are sent even though the team uses Microsoft Teams for collaboration. In short, every possible drawback you can imagine exists in this company.
