Pros
This program has a lot of opportunities to help share love for STEM with kids. As a director, you can showcase leadership and help students. This is a fun week-long camp. Lots of great communication from people in charge of the program.
Cons
As a director, the role requires a lot of time prior to the start of camp. I think the pay for the work leading up to the camp does not reflect the work.
