Company has extremely high turnover. In 5 years there have been: 3 CFO’s, 3 VP of Operations; 2 Controllers, 2 VP of HR, 3 HR Managers, 2 IT Managers; 3 IT administrators, multiple engineers and program managers to name a few and that is just for Corporate ! turn over at the plants is worse. Pay is low and increases are minimal if you even get one. Vacation is also not even close to what competitors offer and isn’t consistent throughout the company. Bonus opportunity is bragged about but rarely earned. If you do receive a bonus the way it is paid out is a joke The office and equipment are old and outdated and the office is extremely dirty. People are fired constantly with no prior warning especially if you are a certain gender and age group. Everyone is looking for another job and the atmosphere is one of fear. People stay about 3 years and the company blames the employee instead of addressing the reason people leave. An entire department with the longest tenure in the company left and they didn’t even think that maybe it was the department manager. They bill themselves as “an established company functioning as a start up”. After 25 years they should be established.
