Company has extremely high turnover. In 5 years there have been: 3 CFO’s, 3 VP of Operations; 2 Controllers, 2 VP of HR, 3 HR Managers, 2 IT Managers; 3 IT administrators, multiple engineers and program managers to name a few and that is just for Corporate ! turn over at the plants is worse. Pay is low and increases are minimal if you even get one. Vacation is also not even close to what competitors offer and isn’t consistent throughout the company. Bonus opportunity is bragged about but rarely earned. If you do receive a bonus the way it is paid out is a joke The office and equipment are old and outdated and the office is extremely dirty. People are fired constantly with no prior warning especially if you are a certain gender and age group. Everyone is looking for another job and the atmosphere is one of fear. People stay about 3 years and the company blames the employee instead of addressing the reason people leave. An entire department with the longest tenure in the company left and they didn’t even think that maybe it was the department manager. They bill themselves as “an established company functioning as a start up”. After 25 years they should be established.

Poor Management , plays favorites and high turnover. Safety is a joke, production is all that is important

Unsafe work environment...sexual harassment Discrimination rampant drug use no training Management supports and fraternizes off the clock with female subordinates Hiring and stability based on who you know breaks every osha guideline Management will instigate negative behavior water cooler effect although people can hardly hear each other first fights at least once a month

Corporate, Management,,Travel Expectations, reInvestment at plants

-the corporate office had a large amount of weird politics that caused a lot of confusion. - My manager was a complete turd and I always felt like he was going to sell me down river if it meant any positive things for him self. - he no longer works at this company. - Travel was explained as 40% and ended up 80% to 100% travel and it wasn't going to change - projects were always on the back foot - Money was manipulated in a way that it strained suppliers causing for a shaky relationship between Camaco and the suppliers. - I worked over 60 hours a week because I was traveling and there was nothing to do in the towns that we traveled to - All expenses were questioned. no matter if it was a $10 lunch or a $500 dinner.

Poor management, long hours, strange things happen at this company every day. Employees and management are not held accountable
