Steady work and hours. Solomon's manager is excellent and looks out for her employees.

Cons

As a whole there is not much room for growth. Do not offer 4 10hr days to allow for reprieve.

Pay could be better Hard to transfer to other units They offer self-scheduling but then change the schedule. This makes it difficult to make plans or spend time with family.
