Pros

People care about the work they do and salary packaging is excellent.

Cons

Non-clinical roles are completely undervalued. Lots of gossip and blurry lines between personal dramas and work relevance, particularly among Exec and clinical management ranks. Executive lack collective vision and direction, don't practice what they preach, and hold lower levels accountable for lesser poor behaviour.
