Pros

Great customers and services! Fortune 500 customers and many big projects means you get to meet amazing people and be part of big things. Great integration parties and cool office.

Cons

Culture at Callstack is one of the worsts I've experienced. Toxicity, lack of industry standards, burnout just to name a few. There are no processes, resources, or tooling available. To some extent there is no quota and the bonuses are irrelevant when comparing deal size. People come and go when they experience this first hand. Experienced people leave after a 2-3 months because they can't handle the atmosphere, others are being told their contract will be renewed but then suddenly a week before its not. Long time members being fired and no info given to the team as to the reasons. People are being fired because the management or the CEO doesn't like them, or that they give feedback.

Toxic culture wrapped in buzzwords

Pros

Great benefits, good compensation, remote work

Cons

I don’t recommend working at Callstack. The company looks great on paper, but reality quickly shatters expectations. Management is chaotic – there are many people in roles they simply shouldn’t be in. There’s a lot of pressure, zero support, and everything revolves around profit for the company, not the people. They promise the world – a great atmosphere and constant opportunities for growth – but it ends up being a high-pressure job with responsibilities that have little to do with what was agreed upon during the interview. There’s a lack of basic respect, and the work culture is more draining than it is empowering. The environment is toxic, full of favoritism and cliques. A small inner circle of “heads” makes all the decisions, often ignoring feedback or shutting down different opinions. If you’re not part of that group, you’ll be left out, overlooked, and constantly questioned. If you value your mental health and want to work in a healthy, inclusive environment – stay away.

Pros

1. Good salary 2. Nice projects 3. Amazing team members

Cons

1. The CEO brags about his business travels, yet he still finds time to micromanage upper management and the teams reporting to them. Maybe I'm wrong, but if he were truly that busy, he wouldn’t have so much time, IDK 2. Mobbing 3. Lack of processes 4. Decisions are based on gut-feeling, not on a data 5. Lack of transparency (cannot disclose details)
