The staff are great and love working with them co-workers are passionate about what they do.
Cons
Lots of fellow employees are leaving due to leadership.
Leadership is toxic they treat people like they are second class citizens no empathy for employees, very hierarchical under new leadership. Most of the of staff are now afraid to speak out as one leader in particular bad mouths employees that do not agree with him. FLT is aware of the issues with this person but been getting worse over past 2 years.
Lots of great people, good work being done, hybrid work schedule, compressed work week
Cons
Toxic workplace environment, inauthentic leadership, micromanagement, lack of opportunity, lots of internal politics and power struggles, extremely high turnover, senior leadership has blinders on when it comes to the cause of organizational problems
