Opportunity to try ideas, expand skills, develop career. The team there operates like a family, and its a great place to work.

Cons

Lot of things happening, difficult to know what the company focus is. One day it could be x is the most important thing, the next day its y. Sometimes a challenge to adapt to the changes

If you are just starting out in your career and are willing to put up with some nonsense, there are lots of opportunities to develop your skills an engineer.

Cons

Somehow, senior leaders kept their jobs after several big project failures. Managers micromanaged and had a know-it-all attitude, even if they were less experienced with the issue at hand. HR and IT were pretty much useless. They underpaid and overworked their employees. There was so much negativity and talking bad about certain employees and managers behind their backs. This place was a serious drain on my mental health.

The people were great and there were interesting products/projects.

Cons

The parent company funding was limited to the exciting projects and mostly limited to the older technology.
