Only as valuable as your last event, micro management tactics, loyalty and passion is not rewarded, inequal pay across groups, poor treatment off staff in perceived difficult periods

- Lots of lovely people work there - You get to travel - You get autonomy depending on who your manager is

Cons

- No HR so inappropriate things get unchecked - Some managers should have been better reigned in when they fell out of line - Lack of consistency in how staff are treated
