Cons

Despot general manager hires and fires at a whim. Many lead and SEM positions are always posted in job sites because of high turnover. More than 80 people fired or left company recently

Lack of voice - they don't care about your opinion, you're just an employee to them, company talks about cut backs while owners talk about buying rare cars at company wide meeting.
