2yThank you for taking the time to leave a review on Glassdoor. I wanted to bring to your attention that we've recently reviewed your comments but it appears to have been left for the wrong company. We are CTS (Converge Technology Solutions) Based in the UK.
Upon further investigation, it seems there may have been some confusion, as the review contains details and feedback that do not match our working locations. We believe this review was intended for a different business altogether.
To resolve this issue, we will flag this to the Glassdoor administrators and ask for the review to be removed. In the interest of maintaining accurate feedback and reviews, we would greatly appreciate your help in rectifying this situation, by removing the review yourself.
