*Poor Taiwanese culture - hierarchical *Poor communication within the team (managers dislike the team cohesion - they request each member to stay away with the others) *Lack of caring from boss (managers would not guide you even they could) *Poor work division *Request employees to work overtime (they would remind you not to leave on time even you finished your work) NO WORK LIFE BALANCE!

IT system is so back in time. Management is conservative, and putting blame on employees. Immediately dismissed without proper warning on trivial IT issues and WFH arrangement.
