Pros

If you love to butter/oil without doing any actual work, it a correct place for you. If you want to be a researcher and able to do google search you must join here. If you know jugglery of words without any basic knowledge of anything, you will be best performer here If you are not getting any job and need some time to prepare yourself, join here,

Cons

If you want to learn something / get experience in particular field never join here. Most of the 'few good people' already left, and now it is a circus maintained by one-man army.

Poor knowledge of PIs and dirty politics played by the managment. No work ethics and poorly maintained office decorum.
