      Pros

      Good hiring manager means good work culture

      Cons

      Terrible owners mean's you're dealing with the wife who makes all kinds of weird decisions without so much as a thought. Watched her fire people on a whim and then threaten to sue employees with all her money. Just nuts!

      Pros

      Gave me a good insight in what it's like to work abroad. Taught me how to quickly learn while working. Working with all ages increased my patience tenfold.

      Cons

      Unprofessional Management. Paid cash in hand and wages varied throughout placement. Varying wages from teacher to teacher based on hours. Home after midnight some nights.
