      - Management has slimmed down to those who really care and want to help everyone succeed - Great billers to learn from - Commission structure has now changed and has made it far more lucrative - We have a mix of people. Grads up to management who have been here 15+ years and parents who need flexibility. It's nice to have people in different phases to seek advice from - Opportunities to relocate (I'm settled but great to have the option there) - High flyer + top performer trips are back and more incentives - CEO and MD are around the office most days and helping everyone - Free gym membership and flex lunch to use it

      Cons

      - Not making some of the changes sooner - Benefits could be better but comms make up for it
