Pros
the office has amazing parties, and feels like a family away from family at times. Most of the people have a friendly nature. At times it actually feels like this would be the perfect place to work.
Cons
There is a boys club and no fair treatment between management and employees. Reviews from superiors can often be unfair and result in lack luster appreciation and raises. There is no room for advancement unless given out by the owner, even if you have the qualifications to move to another department you will often be passed up. Unless you smoke there are no breaks. there are supposed to be 2 15 breaks and if taken you become constantly questioned as to your location. having a family atmosphere makes for family drama. people talk to much about their drama and it spreads all to quickly.
