Logisitcs sector learning with opportunities to jump to other better companies like ports and shipping lines

Cons

Poor work culture, Nepotism, no transfer policy, Frequent transfer with low transfer allowance, poor promotion avenues, low salary, 24 hrs job with heavy responsibility and low compensation, Management thinks about themselves and not about employees, in one word its a THANKLESS job
